Who we are

Prestig Digital evaluates properties and advises homeowners. Today, most people don't lack information about their home. They have too much of it, and it's hard to know what matters.

Before contacting us, many clients have already searched their address, checked online estimates, looked at nearby listings or read about renovations. We don't ignore that research. We pick out what matters for your property and explain what it actually means.

  1. 01We look at your actual property.
  2. 02We sort through the information.
  3. 03We explain what matters.
  4. 04You get a clear picture.

02 / How we work

Having information isn't the same as understanding it.

You see the final evaluation or advice. But most of our work happens before that, when the information is still scattered and hard to use.

We decide what matters, what needs explaining, and when a simple comparison could give you the wrong idea.

Quality over quantity

More information doesn't help on its own. What helps is knowing which parts really matter.

03 / Our working rules

Shortcuts lead to wrong answers.

Evaluating a property properly means not jumping to conclusions.

4 rules we follow every time

Comparison R.01

The house next door isn't automatically a good comparison.

Two homes can be close together and still be very different.

Improvements R.02

What you spend on renovations isn't always what they add.

The cost of a renovation and the value it adds to your home are two different things.

Information

Online estimates are useful. But they're not the full picture.

They're a good starting point, but they can't see every detail of your home.

Context

We don't pretend to be more certain than we are.

If something is unclear, we tell you, instead of hiding it behind a number that looks more exact than it is.

Our standard: no shortcuts

Honest, not overconfident

04 / Six years of listening

Homeowners now ask better questions.

6 yearsOf client questionsStill learning

In six years, we've seen a big change. Many homeowners now come to us after doing a lot of research on their own.

Their questions have changed too. They're more specific, and often about the information they've already found.

The question we used to hear "What is my property worth?" Still asked, but usually just the start.

Q / 02

"Do our renovations actually change the value?"

Q / 03

"Is that nearby sale really comparable to our home?"

Q / 04

"The neighborhood has changed. Is the older information still accurate?"

Q / 05

"I'm not ready to sell yet. Is it still worth knowing where we stand?"

Questions we hear today

What we learned

Most clients don't need more information. They need help understanding what the information they already have really means.

This guides how we evaluate, how we explain, and what we leave out.

05 / Where we are today

Clear answers. Less hassle. The full picture.

After six years, and seeing how people research property today, this is what we focus on now.

  1. P.01

    Make information easy to use

We explain property information in plain language, without real-estate jargon.

  2. P.02

Keep your property at the center

Online tools help, but they never replace a close look at your actual property.

  3. P.03

Be honest about what the information shows

We tell you about limits and uncertainties, instead of presenting every conclusion as final.

That's the modern property service Prestig Digital keeps building.

Have a question about your property? Let's talk it through.
